Remember when Archuletta sang Imagine on American Idol? It was great.
From the songs he has been choosing, you can just smell the Mormom pouring out of him. Mandisa of Season Five was sent on her way because of this, so he better watch out.
But from what I see from his Imagine performance, he chose the third verse, which is...
Imagine no possessions
I wonder if you can
No need for greed or hunger
A brotherhood of man
Imagine all the people
Sharing all the world...
You may say I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will live as one
So, why didn't he sing the first or second verse? Randy Jackson asked him after his song and his reply was that he loved that verse the most because he liked its message. But what's wrong with the message of the first two verses, Davey?
He deliberately didn't do the first or second verse because of the context the lines are in, which blatantly says we can imagine the world being without a heaven or a hell and that it's easy to do. Check it out...
Imagine there's no heaven
It's easy if you try
No hell below us
Above us only sky
Imagine all the people
Living for today...
So why didn't he sing the 2nd verse? Maybe because it claims that religion should be no more...
Imagine there's no countries
It isn't hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people
Living life in peace...
Little David should had never sang this song if he was going to disrespect it's full message, and the religious aspect represents HALF of the song's major message. Don't believe me?
It's not a new message: "Give Peace a Chance" — we're not being unreasonable, just saying, "Give it a chance." With "Imagine," we're saying, "Can you imagine a world without countries or religions?" It's the same message over and over. And it's positive.

Ann Coulter: Conservative. Fuckable. Stupid.
Yeah, I said fuckable. I got a thing for skinny chicks!
Doesn't even know the difference between the Vietnam War and World War II
Inconsiderate on The Today Show to 9/11 Victims
Says things in Iraq are going "SWIMMINGLY" and plus this is a great example of a Fox News host never letting liberals get a word in edgewise
Chris Matthews and Elizabeth Edwards confronts The Bitch
Fun listening to a crazy lady
She believes everybody should be Christian, "Jews should be perfected," and believes interracial couples only exist to have a chip on their shoulders, compares it to an episode of Seinfield.
NUTCASE!!

Obama Slammed Hasselbeck
Did anybody watch The View when Obama was on or heard
about it?
Hasselbeck was asking him how he could stay with a
pastor who made such comments (even after he EXPLAINED
that he'd never heard the reverend make those
comments), and he replied to say "Imagine if somebody
compiled the five stupidest things you've ever said
and put them in a thirty minute loop, that was played
every day for two weeks..." and then interupted, as
usual.
Total slam.
